Actually Nana Ama pls you shud ensure Dat any one who comes to cook on your show shud at lease tie the hair backwards it's the best because if after washing their hand and they still keep holding their hair with the already washed hands makes the hand washing useless🤷♀️

Two most important observations 1.Licking of the ladle during the preparation of the food, spreading of infectious diseases. 2.Not washing of the second rice that was added these grains are treated with pesticides during storage so it's better to be washed before cooking.
First of all, she did not use the laddle again and our parents do this all the time when they are cooking so nothing new under the sun. Secondly, western rice is perfumed and cleaned and you don’t necessarily have to wash it. If you use local rice, then one need to wash it. I hope you don’t eat food from chop bars and most outside foods in GH because their dirty environment and how they cook, it’s worse off. The only health issue I see is the hair. After they have washed their hands, she should not be touching their hair. It’s better for the guests to tie hair back and cover it.
