I appreciate these videos but they kind of take too long. It's about ten minutes in this video alone just to start talking about putting down a bed which is one of the very first steps of the mod.
@@MiketheratguyMultimedia I'd rather longform thorough explanations then 10 minute explanations that lack details. For someone confused with the beds function that extra 5 minutes talking about the beds would actually be helpful. It's a matter of perspective, just because a feature won't confuse you doesn't mean there isn't someone who would be confused by it.
@@KillerTurnus That's true, this is a good point. I can think back to tutorials I tried to watch that went too fast because they assumed that people already knew the information, but someone brand new might not.

Found this series so hopefully it's up to date as a lot seems to have changed. e.g. you craft the items using a hammer now rather than the bench. (I prefer the bench method).
Noticed you had your sleeping at 21 in the settings, was wondering what settings you use. I noticed my thralls aren't rested enough with the default of 8.5 lol
I'm using GeForce fx to add a little vibrance and get rid of the haze it's part of the GeForce experience app alt f3 in game and it will open if you have an Nvidia card and the app installed

Hey, watched all your tutorials but somehow my thralls don't work as expected, when training they pull out the weapon several times and then start training and when told to change armor they just walk from armory to armory bin several times and don't take any armor. Hope you can help me! Thanks for the videos
@@Neocrypter I replaced the armory and armory bin several times and now it worked ONCE 😂 guess i gotta try to fiddle around with it. Thank you for your answer
I've got a couple of thralls training now, and one of them has gone to level 1 in STR, however his "thrall level" remains at 0... So what is the difference between the main thrall level in the game and the "perks" vs the trailing levels.
Any idea why some of the Admin options are greyed out? I had this working before but now that I started a new server cant do things like 'Enable Resource Gathering'...
Do you know by chance which mod could conflict with the debugg/settins UI of this mod? Because everytime i try to access the settings i cant click any option :(
@@diogonz7777 thats fair I suppose some people use admin commands when on there own server I dont though unless there is a valid reason to do so like something glitched out or someone is stuck. I was just saying though I use mods on my servers, I typically dont play games without mods that enhance the game play in some for like thralls are alive it feels like a feature that should have been in the game to begin with to me. I also dont do pvp just pve personally so the mods dont mess with the game play that way.

It's not related to your video but the only con I have with this mod is that I have to be puttering around base for anyone to train. If I am far enough away for the cell my base is in to unload, the thralls unload with it and everything stops until I come back.
@@battyplays404 increase ur servers building load in distance to keep it loaded from further away in ur config. If that doesn’t work 🤷♂️ never had it happen.
@@Neocrypter how does the guard function from the mod work when compared to the new sentry features where you can post different units by doors and ledges? I guess the real question I'm trying to ask is will the guards from the mod run into battle, or will they maintain their position actually guarding the spot. I've lost so many thralls during raids because they ran out from Archer cover and got piled on
Its part of Hosavv's UI mod, there is also a minimap in Improved Quality of Life and ToT UI mod as well ;) what can I say I like my minimaps so i know a bunch of mods lol

idk why but i can't assign the bed to someone, i'm using a thrall double bed which should work because it has the mod's logo on it

I think that is a known bug the dev is working on trying to fix, he put out a patch the other night trying to fix it so hopefully soon

So basically the mod is improving the thralls base stats before any level bonuses are applied when you level the thrall if that makes sense

Im asking it for ages to make the optiom to patrol in online. I never play offline so dont need mods.
I don't play offline either, I use a lot of mods on my server like this one.
@@Neocrypter Ok nice. But i dont like people's servers. Like when its fair and equal for anyone. Without loosing or changing rules at any time.

Rent a dedicated server than. $ issue.
It is running on a dedicated server. I leave the base to adventure, not leave the game.

Does the training system make named thralls less important?
I dont think so as this works with named thralls, it dose however give lower level thralls a decent bump so they dont die as fast
