Melitta caffeo Ci troubleshooting system error8 at the beginning then system start to defective pump

The machine started with the brewing groups being in the wrong position (system error 8), then filling the system and ultimately the cause was the coil of the water pump is defective.
The "System Start" error indicates that the machine is detecting that the water system is not completely full.
Since the water pump was running at first, I couldn't clearly identify it as broken. System start can also occur when the flowmeter does not provide a signal to the circuit board that water is being drawn.
