I love that you’re still nursing. Nurse that little one as long as you want mama. It’s so good for them and they only get milk once in their life. And like you said, your last baby. You’re such a good mama. My first nursed til 15 mo because I fell pregnant. And my second, I nursed til 2 years. My third I’ll nurse til he weans himself.
    I enjoyed this video.

No need to rush weaning! I aimed for a year with both my twins and my third. My elder twin rejected nursing at 5m, so I mostly pumped until almost 10 months (and supplemented), when I ran out of milk and my younger twin weaned. With my third, a year came and we were still happily nursing. 18 months. 2. By 18 months, it was down to a short feed or two a day, but she didn’t fully wean until almost 2.5! I never expected to nurse a toddler, but it worked for us. I love that each of my kids quit the breast when and how they were ready. ♥️

Nursing is wonderful and very special 💗💗 Nurse as long as you and baby want to. I nursed my son till just after 2 years old and I'm so glad I didn't do it before we were both good and ready. It's such a short time in your child's life and so special 💗

Oh man, I think there's no space for "should stop" nursing ; if it's working for you, and working for B - keep on it man. My first nursed till 26 months. My second 11 months. Babies are just all different.
Also relaxing melodies! Love that app! My daughter does the "my first bedtime mediation" every night, and it really helps her slow her mind and go to sleep.

I agree. It is so benificial for you and your daughter. Here in the Netherlands they advice you to breastfeed for at least 2 years. Also in my religion (islam). Today I am at exactly at 2 years of breastfeeding. For me it is time to stop. I am pregnant and my nipples are sooo sensitive.

Hey enjoy it while you can, especially with your last. We began the weaning process at that age very slowly. But after 2 hurricanes and all the stress and separation that caused my supply tanked. And neither of us were ready nor happy with it.

Goodness you have quite the night time routine! I just wash my face, brush my teeth, put my jammies on and go to bed. I don't need any tea or meditations to fall asleep because when my head hits that pillow I am out most nights. When I want to treat myself I'll do more things like your routine like have a soak in the tub with some nice bath salts and a cup of herbal tea. When my kids were small we had a song we would sing before bed and I'd give them face massages for a couple of minutes. They loved that little bit of a massage to help them relax and would ask for one if I forgot or tried to get out of their room without giving them a face massage.

What is your opinion?

Hi Elle, Did you do a video about your divorce? If so can you link it plz. I’m not a nosy type but I’d like to watch just for understanding sake. I am stoked that you are doing so well currently. Good things come as we get a bit older. I’m 47 and I am happier than I have ever been. I think a lot of ppl equate divorce with depression and crisis. Not so if you part with clarity.

Why do you say "I probably should stop nursing"? WHO recommends nursing AT LEAST until 2 years old. I don't like the fact that you are normalizing the idea "babies should only nurse until they are one" which is not the case. Nursing a toddler is very benefial to her and also for her mum (lowers cancer risk for example!). I wish you would be normalizing toddler breastfeeding and talking about it in a positive light.
