For me wayv is the most synchronized unit of nct, they synchronize not only on the dance practice but also when they’re on stage. We all know that Ten trained them like a navy😂 (REAL)

as someone who’s been a dancer for almost 2 decades, I’d actually argue that choreography with more movements per beat is easier to execute especially in synch with a group of other dancers as compared to choreo that doesn’t follow conventional rhythmic patterns. Not easier in the sense that it’s less tiring but easier in the sense that all you have to do is listen to the music and you’ll always be on beat and in time with the rest, almost a no brainer once you’ve got the steps down

i actually heard that a couple of times already haha. since i am not a real dancer, i can't really argue with that. i guess it's just that to an unschooled eye like mine, those fast paced type choreos always look incredibly difficult to pull off, cause there is a lot of movement in a small amount of time. but it definitely makes sense that essentially, ur 'simply' following the beat :)
