Meg (PFYF owner) is amazing and super nice! I have been purchasing from this brand since NOV 2020 (yes, I looked it up!) and have many favorite products. Started with the shadows (huge collection now) and now enjoying the bath/body items (become a bit of a hoarder). Sales run about every 4-6 weeks and it takes about a month to receive your order (she does it all by herself for the most part).
Great informative video! I have a pretty big PFYF collection (about 125 shadows) and did some culling last year of some of the shadows due to quality. I had some shadows that were dried out, hardened up and falling out of the pan. I found that if I pressed some of the softer ones more into the pan, they won.t be “tempted” to escape. I’ve learned that their shadows have to be stored flat because there are “pan escape artist” among some of the formulas. After decluttering, I really started to enjoy my PFYF collection because they were the better shadows and formulas. I have most of their Polymorphs annd highly recommend them. I haven’t tried the Megachromes yet but the next time they go on sale Glacier is on my wishlist and now I’ve added Legend.
I just got my second order and she’s definitely improved her formula ALOT. Starry sky, glass coffin, cauldron, Antares, castor, heatwave, storybook, glass slippers and water nymph were all 100% wins for me. My first order was jolt, asteroid, moby, explosive, thankful, rockbiter was my first order and I only liked rockbiter. I haven’t tried most of them but from swatches I just never reached for them so that says a lot to me. I really researched and looked at swatches for my second order so that’s probably why I had much more success but for the sale price esp the Multis at $9 I was so happy
Omg I loved this video! You’ve got some of my favorite shades here and I totally feel you on being converted by their recent formulas! Also I love the nails 💕
Those holo-adjacent shades kind of remind me of the dimensional multichromes from clionadh! Although personally I’m not a fan of the trend of putting rainbow sparkles in everything…I hate the color orange and a hint of orange sparkle ruins the shadow for me 😂 Also, if it’s spelled “oubliette,” it’s pronounced ooh-blee-ette! :)
Now fully watching the video….u should try starry sky and glass coffin. They r technically highlighters BUT how u wanted to love icicle…I feel like starry sky is the better not fallout-y version ❤
I try so hard to love PFY, but I'm so turned off by their swatches that look awful on the site, and most of the shadows that I've bought I've gotten rid of because they just feel and look gross on the eye lolol I have a set of shadows that I've bought in the last 6 months that I do like but I haven't worn them because I just don't like the brand a whole lot. I might try them again soon.
In really sad to see that content creator be so hateful. I really enjoyed her looks. I guess you never know but I’m impressed with how pfyf handled it.
