Hi!
I just started skimboarding. I bought a used skimboard (Victoria). Its not wood but its not carbon fiber either. I forgot what material it is. Its 48 inches. Im 5'4 and weight about 135. When I try to do a waterdrop my skimboard gets stuck to the sand. It just stops instantly. Am I dropping the board too late? Or do I need to add some type of gloss to the bottom of it to help it slide since I bought it used?
