Miami Glow disappointed me, too. :( I wanted a tropical, beachy scent. It’s too soapy!

The regular glow is even worse :/ it's sooooo soapy. I really want to love it, but it's difficult:/

I agree with you about JLo Miami Glow…….I got really excited about it and it was a nah for me too! Disappointed
notes for reformulated crystal noir. Theres actually no ginger or cardamom. This is what's listed on my official sample card.
Top: Blackcurrant, Black Fig, Violet
Heart: Tuberose, Frangipani, Jasmine
Dry Down: Sandalwood, Cashmeran, Vanilla Pod, Heliotrope.

JLo Glow is way too soapy for me. I absolutely hate it and I hate when fragrances that aren't safe blind buys are hyped up so much. I mean, I hate when fragrances are hyped at all, let alone a bad one! Versace Crystal Noir is another soapy one.
Wow so sad to hear they reformulated Versace Crystal Noir. I still have my old bottle and I really enjoy the creaminess of this fragrance. Will try not to use it all up knowing they messed with it. Why do they continue to destroy old classics!
From what I gather it seems new IFRA regulations may have been the cause of the reformulation, so sad they couldn't recreate the magic :(

Guess Seductive Noir is said to be a dupe for Mon Guerlain. I own both and there's definitely lots of similarities but I believe Guess Seductive Noir came first. Either way, theyre both gorgeous fragrances if you're into lavender and vanilla perfumes.
One fragrance I never understood the hype with is sarah Jessica Parker - lovely.
It's so clean, without being soapy. But it reminds me of like, the way a clean hospital smells or something. Its just clean and thats it. So underwhelming.
I have tried the OG and many of the flankers and don't like any of them either 😕

Forever Lux still have the older version of Cersace Noir edt. I just ordered it. That's one of my favorite discount sites. Guess Seductive Red smells exactly like the new Black Opium Red but better. Let it sit its beautiful for a cheapy.

I hated Miami Glo too... so boring and very soapy.
Can you please test Guess bella vita, bella vita rosa, bella vita paradiso 😊 I can not find reviews for these and they are in no store in Germany :(

Uff this is what I wanted to tell about crystal noir . I had the EDT & I didn’t know what the hype was all about . Eveyrone were raving about the creamy coconut which I didn’t get one bit . So glad I came across ur reveiw Cz all also got was just a fresh spice with some floral probably but absolutely no creaminess . Something I might want to wear after a shower but def not sexy or anything . Do u think the EDP has also changed or would it be like the OG one before ?
I think they were both reformulated if I recall correctly. I haven’t smelled the EDP recently so I can’t compare unfortunately
Have you tried the Salas Amore Torrido?? I’m definitely interested in ur thoughts 💭? Something to consider .. it’s not big yet but by this summer I think it will be.

The new EDT also has 78% alcohol instead of 77%. But the box is the biggest obvious indicator (if you can see it)
