I live in Welkom,as much as there are allegations against Khalipha,but personally i notciced that municipal employees dont do their work,you find them at Municipal flats in Sandania drinking alcoholic,when there are jobs to done,they will wait until after hours for overtime payments
One useless mayor after another. They get paid top salaries whether they deliver services or not. After they are removed from office they still reap the benefits and are well looked after by our SA govt. while black and poor people are suffering in this country
We live here in virginia.the municipal workers are just as guilty.rude ,unprofessional,they take bribes all the time that i,veseen.they use some vehicles for taxis and not for the purpose assigned to.they work 4 hours a day and just close the offices
