Flag Down Ceremony at Thimphu Dzong, Royal Dzong of Bhutan

The national flag of Bhutan flying at Dzong (Trashichodzong) is lowered at sundown (5 pm) every day through a ceremony performed by clergymen and Soldiers. The Thimphu Dzong (Trashichodzong), or the fortress of the glorious religion, is the seat of government and the headquarters of the clergy in the capital Thimphu.
