The Ultrasonics concepts as applied for testing activities are clearly broken down and expained, to easy the understanding. It is related to real life situations that makes the science to be implemented right away. I like it
good lecture... could you make a video for piezoelectric generator that produce pressure wave with high voltage... like the basic things to be considered... thanks
10:20 Why is the signal of the flaw echo weaker than the backwall echo at that graph when the distance to the flaw is much shorter? May this be because the flaw might not be 100 % parallel to the surface where the signal was started? So if the flaw has an angle for example?
The flaw may be very small, depending on the gain you have added into the calibration and the dac(tcg). The backwall is (almost) always there, it will send back more signal than the flaw, unless the flaw is large enough to block a lot of sound from reaching the bw.
I would say that depends on the frequency which is used by the ultra sonic device for testing your plate. The higher the frequency, the better is the precision and thus the smaller the thickness can be.

I like it
it's a really good explain in short as well as briefly thanks,
how i get this presentation in PDF format
Great basic vid, thanks from north Scotland.
Thank you so much sir.
Yiur presentation was excellent.
nice explain and good information, But i want learning from starting all the basics
Great job, that was very easy to follow, it helped alot.
So I just graduated from an NDT School. Definitely glad I found this channel to review during this difficult job market.🔥
Really very useful. How can I obtain an accredited certificate remotely? Is it possible to help my brother?
really good, tactically explained , very much clear . thank a lot.
Thank you for the video, it was vey helpful. I think there's a mistake on the 2nd leg depth formula, it should be d' and not t'
Incredibly informative and useful video! Thank you for sharing.
great video
how to choose the correct freq for inspection
Good information on NDT basics and probes used...!!!
Pvc plastic material sound velocity??
Great video thankyou, one question if anyone can help.. Why do you need a transverse wave for an accurate result on angle probes?
Thank you very much, it was very helpful in my studies
Thanks for noticing our video and good luck with your studies :D

Great video! very informative and straight to the facts.
thanks sir... its really help me to understand about this concept
like this in ultrasonic testing guidelines very Nice

Very good video! Thank you so much
Thank it help me understand the principles of ultrasound
Could you pl. tell again what is TR probe ? We cannot follow your english..pl....
Transmit/Receive probe.
Please put the legend in your video. Thanks
Nicely explained... thanks for sharing.
Nicely explained... excellent..
what is the minimum thickness shall be examined by UT on plate butt weld
8mm asme code
I would say that depends on the frequency which is used by the ultra sonic device for testing your plate. The higher the frequency, the better is the precision and thus the smaller the thickness can be.
was very helpful to me. Thank you :)
Thanks sir
really good thank
Thank you so much....
Thanks to chhonke

good one, nicely explained.
Really very useful. How can I obtain an accredited certificate remotely? Is it possible to help my brother?
thanks. was very helpful.
great
Darn, I hate it when they come out with instruments that make the A I got in college trig irrelevant. I can't spell it correctly but, cam ong, bang.
excuse me my brother & my sister
it's shering white yours any time because I need educkating for NDT
thank's
very good leather.
you are really a good teacher..
terima kasih
Awsome is right
very helpful

not much clear . more ooo in this lecture
awful
Hi Sobhanfarahani, thank you for your feedback, in what way can we improve accordingly to your comment?
I think he meant Awesome...
yes you are right
good!thank you
