I would highly recommend getting someone to help you so they can hold the spool of new line upright while you reel your spool in allowing the line to unwind from the donor spool. The way she is winding the new line in with the donor spool sitting on the table is not only a pain but causes the line to become twisted on the new spool.
Great video. Burning the end is the detail I enjoyed the most. Question, what ever happened to Manta reels? I cant find them anymore. I always felt Manta was the best and its a shame I don't see it anymore. Any news would be nice thank you.

Absolutely, it would be a lot more helpful to have someone hold the spool to provide resistance so the line can be nice and tight! 🤙🏽

Would you recommend a line spooling device over free spooling it the way you did to create an even better snug fit?
The key to a snug fit is reeling it in with tension on the line. So either method would work once there is tension while spooling. 👍🏽
