Best Breakfast in Port Aransas, TX - Coach's Restaurant

If you're looking for the BEST breakfast restaurant in Port Aransas, Texas, go to Coach's. We're breakfast people, and we've found great breakfast meals throughout our Empty Nester Life travels in the US, Mexico, and in our home state of Arizona. Whenever we find a restaurant with a breakfast that we find ourselves absolutely craving, we want to share it with you!
That's how good the breakfast is at Coach's Island Grill - especially the pancake. We're not sure what they do to make their pancakes SO dang good, but seriously...they're next level.
Of course the rest of the food is good, too. We usually get some type of egg dish along with the pancake.
What makes this video unique is that we highlight Coach's at their old location. We were lucky enough to be able to dine there a few days before they closed the location on Tarpon.

The people are amazing, the food is great, and you won't regret heading to Coach's. A word to the wise...show up ready to be friendly. Not only does the staff treat you great, but usually you get into some great conversations with other diners, too. If you're feeling grumpy, want to just eat and be left alone, or just like to complain, this isn't the restaurant for you :)
