Brother it's not actually dependent on registration for example if you register now does not imply that you would be liable to give September attempt, there comes an exam form for every level of exams, ICAI officially releases Exam form which is to be filled in online and pay the money then only it would determine which attempt you would give, if you do not fill exam form of September month then you are not liable to give exam for that one, it is not dependent on registration but on exam forms you can register anytime but yes a study period of minimum 4 month shall be there.

In provisional registration also, you don't need to pay anything for books.and you can finalize your registration when you get your class 12th marksheet

In the first stage itself when you fill your details and make payment of 9000 , you will get access to SSP portal
