At 450 cal and 20 grams of fat without the bun, this is not fit or even close to truly healthy
450 calories for five, pretty large "fried" chicken tenders is not bad at all. Maybe they don't fit into your macro needs specifically but for a fried chicken craving these are a great alternative. Just for comparison, a similar serving at McDonalds will run you approximately 600 calories and 32.5g of fat for five pieces.
Chris B I have his app and looked it up! One chicken tender is 450 calories, 20 grams of fat and 20 grams of carbs😫
