This video is not based on any chapter, if you're referring to the fundamentals of nursing videos, here's the playlist with all the videos: th-cam.com/play/PLMRBQkKkJ6_pNvJ222xJ0GHhc5Hgna_HD.html
Respiratory Alkalosis is the correct answer, in respiratory alkalosis, pH is increased and Paco2 is decreased. In metabolic alkalosis, pH is increased and Paco2 is increased.
The question is basically asking which of the following is incorrect. A is the only one that is incorrect because it should be taken in the morning and not at bedtime. The rationale further clarifies why the other answers are correct and why A is incorrect. Why do you mean by they all say the same thing?
@@AlphaNurseGuideForLPN thank you for explaining, I was confused bc the other ones seemed correct to me but I understand now I just want to know what words do I look for in the question that would indicate to look for the wrong understanding of the pt.
The questions says "need further teaching" meaning the patient didn't understand and needs more teaching. Whenever you see that, you're essentially looking for the wrong answer. I made sure to highlight the "need further teaching" in red, so students don't get tricked.
