  • Join us for a guided tour of the mainframe passive water harvesting swale system installed at Fabled Oaks Farm as part of their larger whole site plan to create a regenerative homestead and family farm.
    The earthworks detailed in this video include ~ 1,000 feet of swale lines, two rolling dips, numerous armored transition points and spillways and a roadside pick up drain. This system, during an average rain year in Temecula, CA of ~ 12", should allow the FOF team to infiltrate an additional 750,000 to 1.5 million gallons of water that would have otherwise quickly run-off their property or traveled right past it in the roadside drain, on the way to the creek.
