What about when you hold the mavic in vertical position? I would think it needs to be completely still. I noticed it will stand vertical leaning on the legs or leaning on the motors. Not sure which is best. I calibrated without props so it has to lean on the legs when vertical. Seems to fly fine.

Hhhmmmm I don't know. I did it like the app showed me and I'm running fine with that. I did this calibration one time and never again.
You started the Mavic with the gimbal clamp on....BAD idea.
