IBC me application for initiation of PPIRP se pehle FC's ka approval lgega 66% ka or is approval ke liye hum unhe Base Resolution Plan provide krenge or Declaration denge ki CD 90 days me PPIRP ke liye jaane wala h.
And after commencement, COC bnega or use Base Resolution Plan submit kiya jayega for approval.
But my doubt is ki COC me bhi to wahi FC's hi honge na, to ye double approval ni ho gya from FC's bcz application for initiation se pehle bhi to unka approval liya tha na Base Resolution Plan pe?

Sir, one doubt.. here (3:11) you said Parth (creditor of Corporate Debtor) can initiate PPIRP against Nature Organics (CD).
But, here (40:43) you said, Corporate applicant can only be the CD itself i.e. Nature Organics.
So, whether a Creditor can initiate PPIRP against CD?
No. Only CD can

Sir ek doubt hai. Is the base resolution plan and preliminary information memorandum one and the same thing? Because corporate debtor dono ko hi 2 days mai submit karta hai Resolution Professional ko.
Alag alag hai na bhai.
Same hote toh Law OR word ka use karta na.

In the condition (e) you said - agar koi FC nahi hai to RP ham appoint karenge. Ye "ham" Hai kaun idhar. Kindly clarify and avoid using pronouns like this in technical lectures. It affects the quality of lecture.
