David Douglas still remains a chad (others are still good though). Just went "Screw everything, I wanna live my life how I want and not the other way around." That skull is the true hero though. Didn't wait for any transformations or "powering up" shenanigans to unfold, just went for the fatal blow on the witch, and it paid off. Good job, skully!
I didn't get the "No More Fur" achievement (from my understanding it's bugged for everyone). After beating Long Fuse Jones did you have the conversation not play with half the screen being white? As it was initially bugged to only display that.
Tough to say, I've seen ratings for 5-6/10 from others and I'd probably say 6, maybe 7 without patching some stuff. I did have fun with the game but combat does feel slightly clunky at times. David Douglas has a 30% life leech perk which makes the game very easy (seriously, other than instant death stuff you can tank enemies/bosses pretty easily). It does have instant death pits which aren't too big a deal but felt odd from the demo/full game since falling in water/spikes had a hazard respawn so I'm not sure why they didn't do the same thing there. Also, while each character does have their own moves and different dashing, some like Buffalo Calf get an s roll which makes some encounters easier. While you get some cutscenes with interactions amongst Flora and her crew (curiously even ones you've already beaten) you don't really get any interactions amongst the protagonists which seems kind of weird. There is a good bit to explore and a number of secrets, and you'll likely look at a 5-8 hour playthrough for a first go (maybe more if you're trying to find everything, which I still haven't done across two playthroughs). I received an early key but I also backed the Kickstarter and after playing the game don't regret doing so, there's just some definite areas to improve.

The face in the thumbnail is amazing. The face I make after getting punched in the gut lol.
Yeah, it's pretty funny. Plus it helps not spoil the actual final boss.
Seems like a pretty fun game. :)
Is it just me, or does David Douglas look close to being a Guybrush Treepwood lookalike?
They do have a vague resemblance.
😍
How did you get this ending? I had same last battle with long fuse 3 phases, but I did not get same scene thus no “no more fur” trophy

I might buy this game but I'm not sure if it's worth it
How would you rate the game?

No worries, it was very kind enough to have the clip credited! Thanks and have a wonderful day.
