As an organizer, how can we trust your travel company? I mean, look at the carnet issue with Vikas. Despite being the organizer, Vikas had to speak up in his video that you didn't take initiative initially. Makes me wonder what would've happened if Vivek didn't intervene. As an organizer, communication is key. You can't just leave without informing your co-passengers. Yeah, you have a personal life and deserve to explore with friends, but keep your passengers in the loop. Let them know when you'll be back and how long you'll be unavailable."

Although it was wrong to leave copassenger, but there seems to be not a creative env among them from pst vids of sanjay ji and bw them. They were more aloof and apart from them, i feel right from nepal trip, it is somewhere not clear expectations which is tearing group apart. Cmmon both are 60 years and someone has to take lead to have the atmosphere breezeful. With this, it mostly looks to solo travel at distance in group. I feel very sorry for sanjay ji latest vlog where it seems he is deeply agitated and hurt and was talking, the kind of response he didnt got from his co traveller. Last but not least least, when he informed of leaving, as organizer, the effort didnt seen from organizer prt to pacify the issue concerning of their age!!

Organizer hokar group ke baare mei galat baate nahi karni chahiye. Chasing sunset ke saath trip karenge toh shayad humei bhi gaali dene lage. Aisi trips par thodi bohot kaha suni hoti rehti hai. Organsizer ko aise baaki logo ke baare mei nahi bolna chahiye, koshish karni chahiye sabko saath lekar chalei, warna baat toh sab se sahi se karei. Customer is king, remeber this. You never what someone else's situation is, never expected this from an organiser.
u had a good trip after nepal ,, good guide too👍👍👍,turban tra..... once police 👮👮questioned them in mainland for 12 hours then exit at border took more than 8 hours 🤔🤔
Rohit has half information and making his own judgment- like he left the group lied to them that he is going to meet his friend and then went to Vikas. But next day everything got cleared…similarly this situation is also similar. It will be one journey for all the guests but this your business so be careful about how you comment about them as it will impact your imagery.
