Thank you so much for posting this!! I'm in month 4 of studying for the MCAT and I will be testing by next year, and l've been learning the question types and do my best to practice as many questions as possible. I watch a lot of videos here on TH-cam and with practice, practice, practice. It's nice to hear advice from Good teachers here on TH-cam who remembers that the struggle is real with this exam. Thank you again!! (Also, for the young ones worrying about not getting into Medical school soon...I'm 39 and will be 40 when (if accepted) I begin Medical school. Yup, I'm changing careers! So keep your head up, study and practice and remember you got this!)
Please does anyone know who this Mr Tony is? I really need to speak with him I'm frustrated I’ve heard so much about him and his review materials and also how he has helped a lot of people pass the MCAT exam.
Appreciate you posting this Ken Tao. I've been ensuring I study properly with all of the correct resources. Now its just time to put the hard-work into action. Sincerely, Future Doctor
This is a fantastic video! You gave valuable insight that I have not heard before, which gives me more confidence as I progress in my pre-med journey. Thank you!
@@anonymoushermit2827 Most Med schools will take MCAT scores from the last 4 years, so if you take it end of 12th then you will need to be applying for medschool within 4 years for your score to still be good. Most people suggest doing college for 1-2 years before hand so that you can take a gap year if needed, and still keep you MCAT score
This makes me want to cry. I’m a transfer older student barely got through my Chem class never taken a physics class but somehow my heart is pushing me to research this so I can become a psychiatrist.
NEET( medical entrance in India ) be like * knock knock !! Ur dad is here * lol .... I know MCAT is hard but neet is harder than ur imagination.... anyway best of luck 🤞 bro for ur next attempt... I believe u will get a medical school ;)
It could have been helpful that you had links to the documents you mentioned in your video, that way with the click of a button I would be there and not have to waste my time looking for it on the internet. But an overall great video, I definitely learned about the MCAT so many new things. Thanks :) Good luck everyone
I am currently using UWorld MCAT test prep and will use AAMC practice exams and Q-bank as I get closer to test date. My question, is there a third-party MCAT test prep you would recommend?
Hi, I really wish you answer my question. I am ambitious to become a doctor. I had physics, chemistry and biology in my grade 11 and 12. I then did my bachelors in computer engineering (GPA: 3.75) and then did my masters in computer science(GPA: 3.25) . I now want to give MCAT and then apply for Doctor of Medicine in Canada. I would like to know if I am eligible to apply directly or any tips for me to become a doctor? TIA.
Hiii I'm from india I have done my MCAT preparation but I don't have enough to pay for exam fee moreover it's exam centre is not available in India .. please help me
Everyone has their own schedule, take it when you feel like your ready. If you dont want to have a gap year between college and Med school or whatever path you take then take it Junior year. So that you can start school the fall semester after you graduate.

Good for you man, way to go back and do what you want. I have a 42 year old in my current study group with MR Tony.
@Sharon-x9q9z The MCAT is a rate limiting step for getting into medical school" BIG FACTS 😂

hello, is GPA or MCTA more important when applying for medical school. And yes, are you looking at grades from high school or just college?
both equally important. only college matters
Is MCAT required by those going for postgraduate degrees in medicine?

Sorry to ask you this, if you haven't have money for the exam , how will you pay for med school fee in USA?.
Med school in USA is very expensive.
Have you done MBBS to appear for MCAT or you are eligible after bsc??
In which year of my college should I take the MCAT?
