Alzheimers disease is very closely connected our very strong subconscious decision to forget things. Thank you Swamiji for this knowledge. When I contemplated on this, I realized that the reason I have a weak memory is because I wanted to forget some very deep hurts of my very early childhood. Thank you for the completion technique Swamiji. Now I know that during my old age i won't land up in Alzhiemers.

+shilpa ab Yes ma, I remember swamiji saying that its not that we cant remember but that we 'don't want to remember'. First time when I heard i was feeling like - what do you mean ? of course I want good memory but when I slowly started observing there were some things that if I didnt want to do but it was an expectation form outside I would somehow 'forget' to do. Then yes, I need to learn either to not commit to it or actually honour it rather than avoiding.

The music alone sets the mood and opens our being to listen to Swamiji, the best explanation one gets on the Yoga Sutras.

Knowledge, wrong knowledge, imagination, sleep, memory can lead to suffering or joy depending upon your intelligence of using it...
