Thanks for another Dan reaction. This great version is an upgrade of an already very good song. Violet (who is also Brazilian, like Dan) is wonderful, Victor is wonderful, and "Dan does Dan things", as we say. 😊 If you like the little separate vocal boxes, you will LOVE Dan doing all of Bohemian Rhapsody, where his aim was to "reproduce with precision all the vocals." It's amazing. He edits all his own videos, BTW. And then he also does a "one-man choir" version of Handel's Hallelujah Chorus where he sings all four parts, 6 tracks each, so that you see a chorus of 24 different Dans. It's mind-boggling. And beautiful too. You might also try his Bring Me to Life cover. He doesn't box the different parts, but he pops up all over the place, singing maybe six different (more?) parts, sometimes overlapping. It's another incredible musical creation. Subbed for more Dan. You will often be surprised by him, but you'll never be disappointed. (Edited to add: his Toto cover of Africa also isolates all the parts.)

Love your reactions of Dans music postings. Yes Patience is worth watching. He uses his voice overlays a lot and perfectly in the right places. He is so amazing in his mixing. One I love is in Sabaton cover of The Stand. It’s not a lot but really makes the video his own, as usual.
So many artists HAD to start doing the blocks like this, after COVID shut things down so hard. There are TONS of this type of video "out there." If you like full choirs, Dan has one, himself...Handel's Hallelujah Chorus, with 24 parts...all Dans...in little blocks. It's fantastic, musically, plus his sense of humor in putting it together is really great. Plus Dan uses a lot of himself in little blocks in a lot of his other songs.
David Wesley has a TON of worldwide choirs that he started over the past few years. Home Free has also done quite a few of the same types of presentations over the last few years.
For King & Country made use of that format, as well. Really, if you check through most music channels since 2020, you're going to see this type of thing.
In this one, Victor the Guitar Nerd (who has his own channel) is in Sweden, joining in with Violet and Dan by the use of pre-recorded digital files that Dan has mixed (and sometimes mastered).

Violet has her own channel too.. they do tend to work together sometimes.. I actually like this better than the original, which of course was mind blowing back in the day.. but Dan and Violet somehow have made this even better
Their voices are totally harmonically tuned to each other. There are several parts that just blow me away, because it's very, very difficult to hear exactly which one is singing, unless you watch very carefully. 😀

There’s so much to talk about this performance, the arrangements, the harmonics, the perfect combination between their voices, the pace and editing considering both recorded their parts separately, and most of all, the capacity Dan has to insert metal qualities into a soft song and make it sound fantastic, maybe even better than the original. Currently I see no other singer as skilled as Dan, he is the whole package. Thanks for the great reaction👌

Dan and Violet did another duet together but it’s on her page. They did Guns n Roses Patience. Hail VascNation!!! Edit: forgot to give props to Victor the Guitar Nerd. He’s fantastic! He never shows his face because he wants it to be about his playing and not him. Victor plays on dans cover of Iron Maiden’s Number of the Beast. Actually, Victor plays on quite a few of Dans covers.
Victor has a GREAT channel of his own, with a lot of original stuff he's written over the years...just fantastic!
On his channel, by the way, there are a few places you can actually see his face. :-D Also, if you watch him, these days, with the Eleine band, (in Sweden, which is Victor's nationality, and he lives there), you'll get some good glimpses of him playing extremely well, with the band there.
