I think they'll be directly proportional. If we increase the battery's current the current throughout the circuit will increase, so will the magnetic flux and eventually the induced current and it'll be the other way around too.
Sir as V is voltage across battery and e is the emf induced across inductor so, how can we say that v=e as battery do additional work to increase kinetic energy

I think the permeability of air is the same as in space because i don't think air can disturb the process in any way so it is as good as non existing.
