Afenyo was emphatic and clear in his submission about the fact that all the companies who'd shares were all there during NDC time before NPP took office. NDC is just being hypocritical..pure and simple.

Per what Mr. Kweku Baako said. it means Americans are the ones controlling our government(NPP) for not terminating the contract. Then why do we have a government for Ghana in the first place? This is what happened when you voted for incompetent NPP. Ghana we have a long way to go as a Country.
This is rather what happens when you don't want to pay taxes to develop your own country but rather take a cup to another country for aid. It's their citizens' taxes they give out and they ensure that you use the money for the purposes that the aid was given. From Mr Baako's report the government has rather been bold to resist America's pressure to allow PDS continue with the contract. That is not incompetence. It's rather boldness for a third world country to resist American's influence. Lack of knowledge my people perish!
