I would pick A168 .does this suits for nearly 7 inch wrist .i am a bit confused

The a168 Is Better 4 me. The mine Is broken (the case cracked) and so i'm using the a158...😂

Depends on user's preference.
Personally, I'd wear the A158W/A159W on daylight, and the A168W for lowlight.
