Great video thanks! I have a question. If we install the product to the door the way that you do, will we open the door with an actual key from forward side of the door? I believe we can not do it because the way is locked with the key that we used in installation. Thank you.
I've been using it for 3 weeks now. Works flawlessly so far. Only downside being the size. It is truly huge 😂. Luckily, I never have to look at it for long.
On my door the lock cylinder has that extra quarter turn when unlocking, that simulates the manual opening using the door knob/handle. From the outside I would need to use this since there is no actual door handle to press or knob to turn, so I now have to turn the key that extra step and hold it there, then push the door to open. Does the lock pro support this? I'm hoping it's not a brief unlocked moment that I need to time exactly with pushing the door open :) Also how does the lock itself connect to the wifi and bluetooth and what is the purpose of the matter-enabled mini hub? I would also need a door lock cylinder that will work with two keys inserted at the same time, or one with an interior knob. Not sure if those thicker knobs are supported :)
In my opinion, this product does not deserve your wonderful tutorial that we are always accustomed to.I would rather buy a Smart Cylinder for a third of the price this elephant! Thank you my friend, and I apologize if there was an unintended offense in my words.
I have the previous version. Works fine. Unfortunately it is not possible to train it with "european doors" to hold the latch longer. It should be in the software but you can somehow not activate it. At least not without completely resetting the account... The new one seems to be more sturdy with the seperate mounting bracket. Nice. But the motor seems the same - wish it would go way faster... That would make me upgrade. Good - they finally got rid of the very expensive lithium batteries.

Can you open the lock with Samsung smartwatch without using any NFC dot stickers? also, the App shows the battery % level in real time?
