See, the issue I have with Tunis is If I want to play on North Africa, Morocco is right there I've played a couple games as Tunis, but Morocco is just stronger in practically every way Especially because it's so easy to form Andalusia

So what I do is press a, send them to port and after a month tick press again a (so that I only have the fully repaired one) and send them back to my main navy. and press d to detatch ships for blockade Hope this helped

I didn't hear it mentioned. Galleys only take up 1 combat width vs. heavies 3. Meaning you can have 3 galleys worth of cannons far exceeding the firepower you described in the earlier math. Having a few heavies to "tank" is still worth it as your economy improves, but your galleys are going to have vastly superior firepower in inland seas.

The only real downsides is the force limit it takes and their hull size other than that galleys are just better in inland seas. Having a few carracks as tanks in the mediteranian is a good idea, but in the end it is all about the galleys unless you are limited by force limit.
In fact, there are stronger countries to play as in the region, but I really love it how Laith bonds with the country of his ancestors, regardless if he plays it or encounters it as an enemy 😅

You know... there IS a button that allow to detach damaged ships... Right where split in half and detach for blockade is... You can move your ships in port, and then do it. Because if you not - ships will head to on of core provinces, ignoring occupied. And after all ships are repaired they will go back to your fleet...

Laith, just for you to know, you could have taken more Land back from Portugal if you had made a peacedeal with Marrakesh only. You controlled their "allies" Land, so you can take it in the "retake cores menu". This would have meant that you dont get as much money, but also significantly less ae. (-75%) because you made a separate peace Deal you had no casus belli and got more ae.

First time I was playing Tunis was going amazing I got all the islands in the Mediterranean and was pretty rich, but I basically effed up by declaring a war on the Mamluks, not because I couldn’t beat them (ottomans were my ally) but because they were allied to Morocco, the supposedly weren’t coming cause too much debt, but it was a trap, they jumped on my and when I was able to free my land I got 20 in war exhaustion and basically all my islands and Naples were about to get independent
i love the fact that portugal kicks the shit out of morocco and then guarantees their Independence. Portugal: Punches Morocco in the face, also Portugal: "Oh did you think I was going to hit you?"
