Haha hello fellow TB shopper 👋 Yup I have used the SG return service a few times but there is a recent important change to take note of. Previously as long as the item has the tag “SG本地退” you can return the item for free anytime within 15 days. Now, only the first item you return is free, any subsequent requests to return is charged around SGD$3 for the doorstep pickup 🥺 Is there anything in particular you want to know? Happy to share more!

Hi! Each account only gets one free return it’s not per shipment. Any subsequent return requests will be charged at 20RMB per item. A return ID is generated per item so e.g. if you want to return 3 items from the same store or same shipment, you’ll still have to pay 60RMB in total (for not first time returning case). Ya, Taobao’s apparel sizing always runs smaller. I got mine in either L or XL (depending on the sizing) since it’s PJs and I wanted it to be slouchy and comfy 😄
Wow, it’s a little difficult to answer because the items shown in the video are from parcels that are shipped using different delivery modes and I used vouchers for some too. For the big one, I think it was measured at 0.13m3 (volumetric weight) and costed ~SGD$60 for 25 items. Usually based on my past experience, air shipping takes around 1.5 weeks and sea shipping can be 3 weeks or more. Hope this helps!
