Either corrupted hazmat suit or angels aegisTo get Chaz you either need to trade 30 or 35 iron or 40Angels aegis you either need to look in lockers or crates or trade a scythe in the hub

What about rubber where it?
Rubber is really rare, but I recommend camping near lockers since it seems to mostly spawn there.
I found rubber in a locker on level 2It has the most op loot
