Its amazing how the RC industry has grown. I was in it back when the main companies were HPI. Tamiya, Losi, Traxxas, and Team Associated. I miss my Tamiya Juggernaut 2.

@@mandismith89 Traxxas electronics are really good, it’s people who abuse them and have failure that say it’s trash. You also have to realize, that these motors and escs are mass produced, you will always have some that are bad get through qc.

At first I thought that Syncro4 was a Typhon clone or something, but now im interested in trying one out due to its cost. Also really curious to try out a the new losi micro the last ones i tried were in the early 2000s i want to say and it was pretty sweet back then.

About 10 years ago, they discontinued the iHobby expo shows that happened in Chicago every year. It was literally one of the biggest hobby shows in the world and had a HUGE draw. Really / genuinely miss those shows.

Maybe so secret that most of the top manufacturers forgot to bring anything new along? Good job with the video but it was a pity that there wasn't much new to see in terms of vehicles.
I think that was technically the first race where Mark beat me. 🤣 I got two over him at Arrmageddon. He’s a great guy. Might see more collab stuff in the future. 🤫
Hitec is an okay brand, they certainly aren’t as good as they are hyped up to be. Their servos are way over priced for the specs you get, and it’s the same with their chargers. You can buy a Hota S6 for 140 that’s way better than their top tier dual channel at 279 bucks. Just my thoughts though 🤷🏻♂️
Nothing to see at the Traxxas booth? Can't tell if you were playing the game or not to not risk make people mad... or if you got there after Traxxas realised putting this stuff in front a couple hundred people would mean it would get leaked.

I LOVE my old Hitec X4Pro charger-- Had it for years, still going strong, and still able to charge every battery type I need. Great charger IMO!
