Hi Bianca, you are suppose to pour the oil to your rice to savor the flavor more and dip the inasal to the soy sauce with calamansi juice and may crush the chilli pepper in it.

Drizzle the chicken oil on your rice, right into the garlic and mix it up. you can also drizzle on your chicken. Soy sauce and vinegar in the dish. Ratio is up to you, if you want it a bit more salty or sour. Cut the chili with the side of your spoon and squeeze in the kalamansi. Dip your chicken before each bite and pair with a big spoonful of garlicky oily rice. Heaven.

Prolly depends on how it is prepared, maybe how old it is, I’ve had it a few times, ~4; it is kinda rubbery, fatty. Maybe farmed alli meat is better for Bia, prudent to research what the alli was eating before she eats the alli….I’m interested in the large 🐌cuisine of Phil. Saw some vlogs harvesting big looking snails. I luv escargot, but have only had small species I guess that’s what’s mostly available in Western countries.

@I’m no Chipmunk. Me neither, when I had alligator. It wasn’t in sisig, but it was too rubbery texture. I THINK it was alli & not crocodile that I’ve had more than once, but it’s been a few years since the last time. I’ve had it grilled & in a stew /goulash. Didn’t hate it but I rarely hate anything, so yeah not interested to eat it again. I’ve tried a few other reptiles like snake & I don’t think I like reptiles/the blubbery type meats?! Snake rubbery too. But I just read that octopus, for example, should be cooked very briefly & served immediately, or cooked long times like hours to tenderize. Octopus I’ve had raw in sushi…meh. Many trials meh. But I luv pusit prepared Philippine way or calamari Italian ways…I wonder how was the pusit Bia ate at the boodle fight? The squid-ka-bob? I forgot to ask in that comment section!

and some iloilo peeps are very much known for is superiority complex. they would always comment something negative about other cities especially bacolod (and other cities know about it too - see other vlogs about bcd hehe). some of them are not happy about bacolod being promoted or showing little progress. that's why most bacolod/negrense peeps are much more closer and look up to cebu's development because cebuanos dont drag/ belittle other cities/people down. what more can i say. hail high to some superior iloilo peeps. keep it up!
