Found this online, thought it might be interesting for Thanksgiving. (Pilgrims liked pumpkins. According to accounts, they used to hollow them out, fill them with milk and honey to make a custard, and then roast the orange orbs in hot ashes.)
Did you do a negative control (i.e. just wine with honey and pepper)? I suspect it's probably indeed the wine which was the active ingredient. BTW, fairly sure (though not certain) that "drachm" is pronounced "drahm"... (Sorry I'm late - things got a little hectic.)
I really wanted to, and that’s why I brought someone else in to share a female experience. But we reached the same conclusion that wine is probably the core component. You may well be right on the drachm pronunciation. Part of my family is Greek, so I may have fallen into a cultural presumption. No apology needed - thank you so much for watching, as ever!
With or without! uht-oh! lololol
Found you via brownies and loving the channel and humour! New subbie x
That’s really kind of you to say - welcome!🙏
I'd second the plain glass of wine, personally. 😂
The classics survive with good reason!

That sounds oddly delicious, thank you. Do you had a source? If not, I’ll have a look.
Um, could it possibly have been the wine that was working? Have a great Valentines day all❤
That was basically what we concluded! If it ain’t broke…
