K is better than alok because his skill doesn't have any time limit
K's ability is limited to how many EP you have, if you are in a situation where your EP was mostly consumed, there's nothing you can do. While with Alok, there's no requirements, just a cooldown, Alok also has the potential to go rush into the enemy position or fast retreat with the added movement speed.

@@evilangel1457 Yes ofcourse, because it is unfair if K would not have about 50-60EP after landing as 50-60 EP is almost as equivalent with Alok. Another thing that I experience with K's insufficiency is when you get knocked down, if you get revived and don't have EP, you tend to turn the skill off. Still, your EP won't increase to a substancial level to get enough heal as when your EP rises by 2 EP per 2 seconds, so does your 1 EP to HP per second also procs, leaving you with no rapid healing.
