This an awesome video! I myself am starting work as a real estate professional in Charlotte, NC. Great channel wishing you an the team the best in the Austin Market!
So glad I got to experience living in Austin decades ago and not what it's turned into today. Terrible place, and in no small part due to the lack of forward-thinking people. "If we don't build it, they won't come" wasn't true in the early 2000s, and it certainly isn't true now. Way, way overrated.
Trivia: Austin is the largest metro population area in the country without a team from any of the top pro leagues. The smallest city with a team is Green Bay, Wisconsin, which is one ninth the size of Austin.
@@matt.vanwinkle Austin could coerce the Phoenix Coyotes to move, as they are currently in "temporary" quarters in which is by far the smallest NHL arena as the decide if a new one will ever be built.
That could be a good start! With soccer and hockey it then wouldn’t be long to land someone else. Seems like the Spurs are trying to be a San Antonio/ Austin team.

Yeah, it’s certainly changed in the past few decades. Really depends on your ideal lifestyle if it is a good fit now.
Austin TX. has the absolute worst drivers and transportation infrastructure that I have ever experienced.
Yes still lots of infrastructure improvements needed, fortunately a lot are in the works.

@@matt.vanwinkle The H-E-B Arena is only a bit bigger, but Google gives unclear answes if the Moody Center can host ice hockey.
