ha oh hey mate! Sorry it was probably me holding my camera out and not turning quick enough! I'm not a fan of those turns! I just watched that bit back and I think I didn't say anything because I was embarrassed!
Thank you Stephen! London races are good! I can see why people love the marathon - I haven't managed to get a place yet. You used to be London based I assume?
@@TheRichKeeble, behind the camera, your ability to capture the race real-time and from different angles captured the excitement as well as struggles of an endurance event. In front of the camera, you demonstrated an impressive pace considering the weather conditions and your current fitness level. What I'm trying to say is that you spoil us!
Nice one Rich, was directing the drummers of the #londonschoolofsamba at 3.58 and 4.40 in your vid (sorry I had my back to you as you passed), love the editing and approach to it all, youve gained a subscriber in me, looking forward to watching more and trawling through your backcatlog, no, not in that way! 🤣
oh hey! Thanks for watching! You did a great a job! I always like to try and focus on the acts and you were very good. Please feel free to trawl through whatever you like!
I enjoyed the race. only thing i would have liked is the odd meter countdown signs on the final km. that last 500 metres seemed to go on for ages. i put in a sprint far too early. rookie mistake.Well done on your time. heading in right direction. wish i had known about that urinal, i could have avoided the horror of the portaloo.
ah nice one - you were there. Yeah I agree, I like a 400m left sign or something, especially as my watch was out by that point so I wasn't quite sure how much was left. No way I could've put in any sprint - I was struggling the entire second half! I also used a portaloo very early while it was still relatively clean!
Looks like quite a nice course. I'm doing the Vitality 10K in September, which I assume will be similar. Hoping for 1.10 as I am old and slow lol. Whatcha up to next?
The vitality starts in same sort of area but goes into the city whereas this one sticks to West End. both good races/experiences. worth doing both.good support in London.
aw that's a decent time! I'm actually doing the Vitality 10K too! I'm training for a half marathon in Poland early September - I'll do a video update about all that soon! Thanks for watching!
Lots of people there for sure - I think they have more every year so yeah it can be a bit crowded, but I never had issues with getting by anyone to be fair
Ha do you mean nearer the end? I think I was suffering almost the entire thing after the first K! I certainly enjoyed all the entertainment but perhaps didn't tell my face
That Simon guy is a natural.
Nice to see myself in the background. I must of overtaken you at the end 😂
oh lovely! Were you pleased with your time?
Hey that’s me that bumped into you at 5:46, sorry mate! Great race aside from the tight corners

Quality video Rich 🔥🔥 Looked like a great event
Thanks guys! Yeah it’s a decent event. Wish I could just remember what it’s called
Very entertaining and may be I should enter a London 10k... definitely miss the sights... and I can be a tourist again

Well done Rich mate. Didn’t let me down. Nice shot of bins near the end. Cheers!
Thank you! I know what's important
Well done, Rich, both in front of and behind the camera!
Thanks Lee! Do you have a preference?

Well job 👍
Thank you!
"I came on the tube" LMAO You crack me up.
ha thank you. It's a classic
Hi Rich, this race looks fun. Where was it? What was the distance? Who sponsored this race?
It’s very confusing and therefore I’m afraid impossible to answer those questions

I came on the tube (not in that way) ahahahahahahah
ha classic innit
"My friend"? 😂
Where was Dale? Also, you should never trust a strange mist.
I’ll trust your strange mist mate
Promises, promises.
Maybe I am just accepting that I am getting old but the start of that race felt too loud for me! 😂
Ha it was loud, you're absolutely right!
Looks crowdy and jammed up narrow course.
Lots of people there for sure - I think they have more every year so yeah it can be a bit crowded, but I never had issues with getting by anyone to be fair
I'll be honest, I'm not au fait with sports brands, and I thought you were running the A6 10k...
Well there you go! I said it was confusing...
You didn’t seem impressed by the drummers and DJ
