what a sweet pocket.................love the syncopation and the drifting tuning......the assortment of sounds and phrasing, the effects control....................the modulation/key change half way through.............great title too, and hey....and ending (rare on YT)
You got talent my friend, awesome jam! I've been watching a lot of your videos now and especially those with digitakt/s1 combo, got my s1 a month ago, I really love that little ideapad of a minisynth! And I ordered a digitakt yesterday, looking forward to that combo! Greetings from Sweden! 🥳👋🏻
Hey Stefan, I find your music so inspiring. I bought an Roland S-1 and after searching on TH-cam for people who make music using the S-1, I found my way to you. I have also acquired a used Digitakt and I've been having so much fun with those two pieces of gear. I am very early in my journey and learning music, I hope this isn't a stupid question... what would a beat you made on the Digitakt like this be called? I want to be able to find tutorials to make similar beats, but I'm not sure what to search for. Thank you for making beautiful music.
Any idea how i would have to connect this if i got a digitakt, s1 and minilogue xd? Do i need a midi splitter? Or is it possible just with the connections on these synths?
Hi Stefan, I've noticed you use Banks to switch between different parts of the song quite often. What is your workflow here? Do you use separate banks for intro, breakdown, drops, etc and patterns within those banks for the variations of each part? Is this intentional in comparison, for example, to using just multiple patterns? Thank you
the s-1 s incredible sounding, but the digitakt percussion sound design you have here is mind blowing
Dude the drums are fucking insanity mate!!!i hope i get on your level someday😅
Man there’s some great sounds coming out of the Digitakt in this one.
Really shows that Elektron has amazing sequencing.
Drums are totally on point! 🖤

Would be interested in knowing how you programmed those crazy drums
I'm on the verge of getting a Digitakt to add to my S1. seeing this makes it obvious. Crazy good, brother.
Lovely
The drums on this are amazing, and your arrangement is spot on 🔥 super moody
just ordered a used DT. Have the S1. Won't be on your level. I'll just have fun jamming. Great jam! Stay safe.
Same here, Stefan Torto has been such an influence.

🔥 Awesome.
Nice work Stef!
If push the encoder whilst turning it, it will use greater value increments.
Yes, I noticed that when editing the tuning of the sample :)) thanks for the tip !
Such a killer combo. I keep coming back to this video. Good job! How did you connect the s1 to the digitakt?
S1 audio to DT input and DT midi out to S1 midi in (via trs midi cable). Cheers

Any idea how i would connect it if i got a digitakt,s1 and minilogue xd?
midi out from digi to minilogoue midi in and midi thru to s1, if you don't have a midi thru on minilogue you will need a midi hub (splitter) . cheers
I have these two devices. Any advice on syncing them?
midi out from DT ot midi in to S1 (via 5pin to mini TRS midi cable). Cheers

Maybe that helps : th-cam.com/video/_97AKK1f_CE/w-d-xo.html Cheers!
Cool! Did you try to cc map the S-1 on the Takt?
It’s in my plans , both units are new to me, so in time will try stuff : )
Is the Digitakt a new gear or don't you use it to much?
go it few days ago, upgrading from model:samples : )
@@StefanTorto I wish you funny hours with it
