Today is 12/18/2022 and judging by the release date of this video, it was released just over 1 month ago. But the first shots of skyscrapers in the Moscow City tell me that these frames are at least 2-3 years old. Because during this time, the number of skyscrapers has grown quite noticeably. And in the video itself, even construction has not yet begun, those that are already completed right now.
