Not Millie’s fault! Dog toys aren’t allowed at the dog park specifically for that reason-they cause fights. Other dog parents not following the rules put her in a bad position. There are always signs saying no toys or treats but there’s always gotta be one human breaking the rules and ruining it for the dogs.
