Force Seal doesn't help much, at least not with actually forcing a stagger to begin with. It unfortunately all comes down to RNG; if he wants to nope through your combo, you can't stop him. Short of cheesing him with Cyclone Seal, I guess.
I also don't think it's necessarily dirty or cruel that Sheena used Volt to take Kuchinawa down. For the longest time Sheena was consumed with guilt over what had happened with Volt the first time, and she even lost Corrine on her second attempt to make a pact with them. But it was Corrine's encouragement that allowed Sheena to put her doubt aside and finally gain Volt's allegience, and her confidence only grew as she formed more and more pacts, showing her that she was capable of it all along and just needed to have some faith in herself. Sheena finally realizes that what happened with Volt the first time, and subsequently what happened to the Chief and Kuchinawa's parents, was not her fault, and I think her using Volt to subdue Kuchinawa is fitting as it shows that she is no longer held back by self doubt, guilt or regret over what happened; it shows that *she* is the one in control.
Nice work! Rewatching this fight makes me realise I probably should have used Force Seal here.
Very Dirty using Volt on him!
