wasn't gonna upload this because it's a very emotional video and not really helpful for anybody (especially me) but figured why not so you guys can see how I felt right after the interview lol
You got this man. I had messed up so many seemingly easy questions when I had began my job search, took me about 3-4 of failed interviews to get comfortable with the process, and with that I had a much better time in my other interviews. Once I was able to stay calm and not let it get to me I was able to at least think through problems and get far enough to get something working. You'll make it, it'll happen.
Hey man, keep your head up, practice harder and try to understand the problem rather than memorizing it. It will help you with discovering the solutions by your own. Also I need to point out that your solution is not deep cloning. In case of an array you are just copying the reference to the array, not actually going through the array and deep cloning individual elements.
Appreciate the support man! That's definitely the hardest part, I think I default to memorising cause it's a lot easier but the problems that I do understand stick in my head better. Also yeah I see that now, the proper solution would probably to have another if statement that checks if it's specifically an array and return the Array.from or [...array] to actually return a copied clone.
@@hacjkerman hehe almost! Don't forget to also deep clone each individual element in the array :) You will need to iterate through the array again and call deep clone on each of the elements. So via for loop or .map method on the array. Spread operator only shallow copies. Wish you good luck in the future!
head up bro 🙏🏾 everything is a learning experience
oath oath 🧠
Am watching you👀
KEEP GRINDING RAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
OUT HERE HUSTLIN'
interview aside , what keyboard u be usin , cause they be soundin sooooo goooodddd
ahaha i use a 68 key keyboard by magekee
I fucked up writing a simple program to print every even number in an array in my last interview lol
Oh my god, the interview nerves are so real.. I forgot to even critically think in my first interview lmao
watch bro get an offer
bruh I'm praying at this point
i cant even get an interview and i have 10 years. luckily im currently employed but i cant take this job anymore
damn that's rough.. let me know how things go and if you decide to move companies or smt
Don't feel bad, I was once asked to solve two sum and I couldn't... now I work at a fang
I would be so happy to see a two sum technical problem tbh. Glad to hear it, hope I can manifest that too ahaha
You will get the next one, take it as you learnt a lesson rather than you lost something.
Yeah 100% honestly even surprised I got this far. Still sucks when you know you could have done better..
I just got a rejection email after failing a technical screening. I feel like it was something small and I was almost there.😵💫
It's okay. If you remember the question, try to solve it again and you won't struggle if you see the problem again
chin up bro learn from this experience and persevere!
if you fail that means more interview videos for us 📈📈
(i like the content)
