Pakistan don't need any help Pakistan need awareness to avoid such event now Pakistan suffering from worst governance, administration and mis management. Man made Encroachment in rivers caused grave damaged around the country.

Work on ground realities is needed including policy making , preparedness, making river banks higher n dams etc.

Maintenance of glaciers...extensive forestation..building dams (major n minor esp kalabagh) , regulation if construction n proper sewage system is needed to counter floods...
For that proper planning and implementation is needed and Pakistan for one didn't have a government which has completed 5 years in power in the last 70 years
Today Pak PM admitted in his speech that Pakistani run around with Begging bowl while other much smaller nation progresses. But musalgaand k2a won't care.
Still Pakistan not a beggar like India, which has for past 5 decades been taking aid from the world with bottomless bowl, While US, Europe, Middle East poured in billions of aid every year to India and help build your infrastructure.
Pakistan on other hand has just taking IMF loans not aid money which isn't begging.
That beggar title only belongs to India only and no one can take that away from India from amount it has taken in aid alone.

When British separated India and Pakistan along with East Pakistan which is now Bangladesh, they knew these 2 areas were flood plains areas for disasters and both areas were given to muslim knowing well in 50-100 years these lands would be under sea waters.

@@roythakur In which developed country you are living. This is not only Pakistan . Europe is facing drought worse then 450 years. America is also facing heat waves specially in Texas. And no body is taking about situation in Africa and China . Pakistan globally contribute only less then 1 percent of pollution. China contribute (28 percent) America 14 to 16 percent India 7 percent. We don't fell other pains unless it reach our house. Don't forget developed will also face problem. From your name I can say you are Indian . We share same climate. You was lucky this time. But luck don't always work. But India is also facing floods in some areas and drought in areas near China

Turkey has already airlifted 9 cargo planes loaded with assistance, food and medicine along with 3 trains of food and medical assistance, called as a mercy train to Pakistan to overcome the environmental disaster. Turkey is in a seismic zone and has a very commendable disaster management system under AFAD, they are very quick in dealing with emergencies like this
