When starting playing tekken I was only really interested in like 3 characters, but as I watch more and more I’m appreciating more of the cast. This game is so cool.

My only complaint is the one with the deeper voice (unfamiliar with the commentators) sounds too monotone. He could bring a little more energy/emotion. Otherwise, good job.

Counter throws are not unbreakable, they are just extremely unforgiving. It has to be close to if not frame perfect.
I heard the window shrinks to 6-8 frames. Throws on parries and armor moves are unbreakable.

King grabbed an armor move so it was unbreakable. But King did a throw that has extensions which were broken on followup. And the chain throw grab bug only exists for whiff punishment specifically
@@RazgrizArc clearly its breakable... Only other scenario i can think of is if the armor move isn't fully active yet. A when you flash for armor yet eat a jab on those first couple frames and it's snuffed out.
@@LoadedL I just told you the followup was broken. The initial gran lands and is indeed unbreakable. This specific King grab has different routes which was broken after the initial grab landed. Its just the way the break animation looks on this one specific grab makes it not seem so. Counterhit grabs do not make noise either they only flash brighter

The king throw in question if he didn't do the 2nd he wouldn't of broken out. And it's only unbreakable on armor punish as far as chain grabs go

The Counter throw (@ 1:37:01 ) makes it 8f to tech instead of the regular 15f-20f. So it is techable even in counter/punish state

It's crazy that both Claudio and Oscar are said to be low tier/weak characters, yet they made it to the grand finals. It still depends on the user at the end of the day.
Asuka not low tier. Its braindead to play as, torture and hard to play against. Claudio no one picks him so no one plays so no one knows the match up.
Whoever said this is smoking some good stuff. Claudio is one of the strongest characters in the game right now. The system favours him.
And Asuka is not weak.

Claudio has all the tools you need to damage, and his game plan is really really really, really easy. He's not low tier at all. it's just that some characters can execute his game plan a bit better.

Can i ask how to enjoy this game or like what you guys find fun about tekken. Like not as a insult but im having a hard time liking this game. There are 3 different possibilities to block for and almost every character has 100 or so moves and there are 32 and counting characters. The likelihood of getting hit by something is pretty huge isnt it and i guess you can get pass this by learning more about the game but that will take all your effort for only really tekken and thats to reach a high level. Im not expecting to reach that high a level but i just cant enjoy losing to what feels like button mashin and it would be one thing if you could tell clear what is a high , mid and low but some moves dont have that distinction at all. So im just left in a state of pure confusion. And ive been told that only a few key moves are used. But have you all seen the move lists its almost impossible to know how to block everything.
if you dont like losing to button mashing and knowledge checks then quit tekken, because thats basically the whole experience unless youre a legacy veteran who been playing tekken for 20 years
as brand new Tekken pplayer dont know if its just me but feels like Alisa and Jun require the least amount of skill to play felt like these Alisa players were doing nothing and overweilming players who seemed way better but idk
Alisa aint hard to learn but takes some skill. Victor and asuka are braindead who can press and win
Also complexity or simplistic characters dont change player skill level. If these players lost to Alisa players doing nothing then that means the opponent were never good.
@ONIGIRIKINGU well I definitely get what your saying don't fully agree though what I mean by doing nothing is the same 3 or four move that are plus and unavoidable but obviously I don't know much about Alisa so you might be right about her requiring skill but idk
@@thatpersoneveryoneknowsbut7533 thats tekken throw safe moves only and win. Everyone has the same options that the Alisa was doing, which is only safe moves. Alisa is simple to learn and most of her moves are easy to read
