- Coke Studio@MTV Season 4 brings you a brand new episode with genial Producers Sachin-Jigar. This episode sees them perform 3 brand new tracks with vocal talents from across the board. The episode opens with their ode to the timeless love of a father and his daughter, in 'Laadki', featuring Sachin's own daughter, Tanishka on vocals along with Gujarati folk legend Kirtidan Gadhvi, and the effervescent Rekha Bharadwaj. The second track is a beautiful marwar-inspired piece about new lovers, in 'Bannado', which brings together the rustic pureness of Tochi Raina,with the traditional stylings of Bhungarkhan Manganiar & Group. And on their third track of the episode, we see Sachin-Jigar deliver a masterpiece called 'Sawan Mein'. the song Laadki really made me cry as i am a father of a bellyful princes who is only 2 years old but the thorth that she has to go one day all ways kills me on top this song, what can i say only a father can understand my Fill;(( ..... mom can show her felling but father...... a small message from me to all fathers princes out their your father loves you more then anyone in the world can ever do even more then your mom also really but he do not show....i cant tell more i want to cry now hope no one see me...

coke studio has done more than composing a song today. I am a kathiyawadi(from the province where kirtidan belongs) since my early childhood i was always attracted to my folk music. even after growing up, my choice never met with any of my friend or collegue when it comes to music.
for them it was "bhajan". they all were completly into heavy metal, english country, hip hop n stuff. i dont disrespect their choice, but then now i can seriously make them feel "THE POWER OF FOLK MUSIC, RAW MUSIC"!
