Very interesting tutorial. I think on this analysis sheet the only changing factor is the market rate. All other variables are standardized for material, labor and equipments unless new technologies are introduced. Right?

if u don't mind please explain about utilization factor of a foreman . just a little bit.

Good question so UF(utilization factor) is the factor that describes how much of time that the worker is going to give to that specific work. so when we come to the foreman on the video it says 0.5 that means the foreman is available 50% of his time for that specific work so the rest of his time maybe taken by other work this is b/c the foreman's job is to manage the work. for example if we compare him with a daily labour the daily labour works on one task the whole day so the UF for the daily labour is 100% but the foreman may manage different work in one day so this means his going to give some of his time to one work and the rest of his time to another work so that is why the UF is decreased.

That is a good question. so as the name indicates it is cost estimation or Engineering judgement so for the daily labour as I described in the video it is estimated based on the labours experience and to add on that based on the number of the workers we estimate there output/productivity for example if we take the example in the video it says 12m3 of concrete per day that is given based on the number of the workers and also there experience but if we want to increase that productivity we may increase the number of the labours which will increase the productivity/output. Is your question answered?
