Congratulations on the saw. Will that saw pull a 28 inch bar with full skip chain happily. I am looking to port my own 266 in Ireland. I'll probably just polish the ports as the timing at the moment would be too technically advanced for me. Regards Paul
Hi Paul. I think this saw would pull a 28" full comp no problem. It pulls a 24 with authority so whats 4 more inches? You should read up on porting, there some good videos on youtube and some good info on various forums.
Hell of a good firewood saw tight there..always liked the 262.266 and 268.
All i need is a 262 and I'll have the set!!
