Katharina and Riley had a beautiful wedding day, with so many special moments that it was hard to condense them into one feature film. You have to love the stunning first look location that they chose-it doesn’t get much better than that. Why they didn't used veil?
veils aren't really in fashion in america. Also their religious practices may be different.
This is an Amish wedding. The women after a certain age wear bonnets on their heads.
Veils aren’t in fashionin America?? .. I haven’t been to a wedding where the bride did not wear one.. They are in fashion as far as I can see. But Mennonites wear the bonnet or whatever they call it. The dresses are modest and clothing is meant to not draw unwanted attention, that is why the bridesmaids dresses, for example, are a little matronly and dowdy compared to what most US wedding wear is like.
