Thanks for this great review! We will be camping there this coming weekend. I used one of the auto booking websites to grab a site and did not actually know the amenities of the site. After looking at the CG map in your review, to our surprise, we got a FHU, pull through site! New subscriber!

The monkeys are left over from the old Tarzan TV series featuring Johnny Weismueller. Most of the series swimming and other scenes were filmed there. I don't think there was a zoo.
