    This is really helpful.. bc I want to learn handstand and different arm balances by end of the year.. currently, I know how to do tripod and crow pose.. Learning different progressions will be really fun.. however, I have a question.. I have really tight hamstrings, will this make it harder for me to do some of the things in ur videos? Thank you for these lessons.

      +636 OC Those are great goals! Working these different variations will definitely help you get stronger. If your hamstrings are tight you want to be stretching them daily. As for it making things harder, the solution is to bend your knees so that you can achieve more upward lift in your sit bones. Thank you for viewing! :)
